Sea Rock’s quality planning is designed to ensure that all the quality objectives of ISO 9001:2008 are met. The system has been set up to ensure that the following points are always confirmed to:-
|System is planned to meet customer requirements||The Sea Rock QMS* consists of a set of core management processes and methodologies that provide the minimum requirements for managing client requirements. Each assigned Manager is required to plan and use of defined methodologies in fulfilling client requirements for a specific audit. The manual is the vehicle for the General Manager to record the results of that planning effort and to gain approval for any requested adaptations. A key element of that planning is to define the quality actions and objectives that will ensure the assessment and fulfillment of client requirements.|
|Integrity of system is maintained during changes||General Manager must approve all changes to the QMS. This single authority for revision ensures that any changes introduced into the system have been properly assessed to avoid any inadvertent degradation of the system’s effectiveness. The Management Representative may, at his discretion, review changes with the General Manager based on the significance of the changes being made.|
